Rubellite is a Canadian energy company incorporated by Perpetual Energy Inc. and established through a plan of arrangement on September 3, 2021. Rubellite is engaged in the exploration, development and production of heavy crude oil from the Clearwater formation in Eastern Alberta, utilizing multi-lateral drilling technology.
